If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact.

Oreo comes to us with her along with her sister Phoebe bearing very heavy hearts. Their owner was moving and wasn't going to take their cats with them. After euthanizing two of their cats already, Oreo and Phoebe were scheduled to be put down. Luckily, the vet reached out to us and we saved these beautiful sweet girls.

Happily, in 2015, they were adopted together. We thought this would be their forever home but it was not to be. Oreo has always insisted on peeing in front of the litter box (many different litters were tried and medical issues were ruled out), but this was easily remedied by placing a puppy training pad in front of the box. But a week before returning them to us, the previous owners found some poop outside of the litter box. At this time, we don't know which sister did it but will continue to monitor the situation. 

So they're back with us. Scared and sad again. We're hoping that special person out there is reading this and can make room for 2 beautiful if flawed girls that just want to find their quiet FOREVER home this time. They are about 12 years old as of March, 2017.

UPDATE: Oreo is terribly stressed here at the shelter. But has started using the litter box correctly, so that's a good sign. Please, if someone out there has room in their heart and home for a couple of beautiful girls, contact us. They're not coping well in the cat room. :(

All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows:

• $75 - Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year)
• $50 - Adult (1 Year +)
• $25 - Senior (7 Years +)
• $0 - FIV +
• There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc...)
• If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying.
• We also have a kitten special - adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125

While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat.  Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours.
