If you're working for home or just playing it safe by practicing social distancing, now is a perfect time to bring a new furry family member into the fold. Email us any questions about any cats we have and we will be happy to provide any additional information you may need. If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact.

Karen is a purebred bloodhound girl, between 1-2 years old. Karen was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Oklahoma and brought north to Chicagoland to find her forever home. Like most bloodhounds, she is a large girl with personality to match her size and a big, loud bay. Karen is incredibly sweet and affectionate, loves to cuddle and give kisses. Karen has a dominant personality and would do best with other outgoing, assertive dogs, or great as an only dog, too. Hounds can be stubborn and sometimes naughty, so it would be wonderful if Karen's new family would take the time to take her to training courses. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworm. All dogs have a $150 adoption fee. All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV. Our adoption fee structure is as follows:

 

• $75 - Kittens/Young (Up to 1 year)
• $50 - Adult (1 Year +)
• $25 - Senior (7 Years +)
• $0 - FIV +
• There is an additional $25 fee for cats considered to be an "Exotic" (Siamese, Persian, etc...)
• If you are a senior (65 years or older) you can adopt any of our senior cats (7 years or older) for only $10! Please mention this special when applying.
• We also have a kitten special - adopt 2 available kittens (1 year & under) for $125

While we try to keep our animal listings up-to-date online, sometimes the age range may be labelled incorrectly. Please don't hesitate to contact us for the most up-to-date information on a particular cat.  Our cats are shown by appointment - we are a foster based rescue and so we don't have a location with set hours.
